    Parting out the Mazda

I don't have the time, money, shop I can leave it in or determination to solve it's problems and the divorced setup is **** so...

Make reasonable offers. I won't ship anything heavy. I might go to College Station sometime in the near future and if there is a lot of **** to deliver I'll deliver it but it has to be worth my while. The Beretta gets twice the mileage with much cheaper fuel, so I plan to drive it up there. I'll respond to offers only. If you want to say I told you so that's fine. If we need to bull ****, let's put that in the kitchen.

    I'm interested in:
Hydro assist steering including ram, aluminum reservoir, cooler, hoses.

    2 Corbeau seats

    two sets of racing harnesses

send me a pm or make a post with price and info/condition. Can the hydro assit be set up for a fullsize d44 or is it little truck specific(I know very little of hydro assit)? If you really want me to make an offer- $10 and you deliver.

    In, thanks for the chance!!

sorry to hear that Nutz, you might be happier starting over from scratch anyway.

And if by chance you decide to part the front axle, I'm interested in the high steer arms and the steering knuckles. I'll make an offer if it comes to that.

I'll give you $20 for the stock toy CV driveshaft if the CV is in decent shape, and you can get it to college station

I will take pictures of everything tomorrow and try to give fair prices on all of this stuff vs. wear and tear and initial purchase price.

I'd rather not start parting out the front axle because that is more work for me and it is set up for someone doing the swap. If it comes down to that later on I'll think about it.

The 44154s are long but stiff. The spring is wider as well. Try looking them up at gorancho.com. If you pull a few leaves out then would probably be much better. I couldn't because the front sits higher than the rear already.

As far as finishing the truck, it isn't worth it. The divorced setup is probably impossible to make work without moving the rear case back and adding a driveshaft with slip in between or getting a 2wd transmission so a longer shaft with slip could be used. I probably should have tried that route to begin with. IF I ever try to wheel anything again, I'll probably buy an early bronco. I have a line on an F-350 that ain't going anywhere anytime soon and it's mine unless my girlfriend and I break up. Until then I'll be buying guns (new old hobby) and looking for some land.
