    retrofit an old propane tank, with the crappy fitting you can't use anymore.

    Sadly I had a couple of old crappy ones saved to build BBQ pits and stuff out of, and some one stole them

    whatever, some canadian was trying to sell the rustiest propane tank i've ever seen with the old valve for $30 at the swap meet the other weekend.

    They also had a truck full of 9" chunks pulled straight out of pickapart that they wanted $500 a piece for

    So the ranch hand at my sister in laws ranch uses the same thing. However, he just uses propane, as it lasts longer because of the higher pressure.

    A few years ago they had pretty bad fires out there and he said he was scared driving around. I'm pretty sure I'd be scared all the time with propane in my tires.

    I've seen people use old refrigerant bottles also.

    Propane isn't high pressure. More fits in the bottle because its a liquid in there.
