thats what my Edge was. but from what ive seen in the shop i worked in, its a univeral size for pyros. I can help ya this weekend possibly if ya want it. Just go to harborfreight and get the tap cause odds are ya wont need it again. go for a size or 2 smaller than 1/8th drill bit

If my fishing trip falls through that would be great. I really would like to see if the "Tow" tune i got is worth a crap so I might be installing friday night.

if thats the case, im driving in friday night to see the SO in BCS so im gonna be pre occipied fri night. The best way to do it is drill the hole in the manifold, start the engine for a min or so, then tap, start engine again. Install pyro. It may be best to remove the tire and inner fender if possibe to access the manifold.

The thermocouple can either be 1/8 NPT or 1/4 NPT. More than likely it is the 1/8 NPT. For 1/8 x 27 NPT, you need an 11/32 drill bit. For 1/4 x 18 NPT, you need an 7/16 drill bit.

you do realize that NPT measurements are noted for the ID not the OD? if you drill 1/8" or smaller, you will never get the tap started...

I was looking at my drill tap sheet and realized it was for NC not NPT.
