I ended up going with the 50 series Flowmaster that has dual 3" inlets and a single 3 1/2" out. Truck sounds awsome now. Now on to the injectors...

What do you mean by ford outer? Like ford outer flange pattern, I gather, or double splined ends? I would give Moser Engineering a call. I run their 35 spline chromo shafts in my 609.

Shouldn't any major axle shaft producer be able to do this? I know Moser use to.

Chris check the splines, if it's ford I think it should be 31 spline, but double check before you order. Complete off-road I think had the best prices. They typically sell the cut to fit and you order a shaft that is in a range of 4" or so and you simply measure your shaft and cut off the excess.

They seem legit, but I am skeptical considering that ballistic has been in design of a year and has not come up with anything marketable yet. Opinions?

I've seen two or three other similar ball joints out there that replace the nylon insert with metal, and the people that have them like them. I think Ballistic hasn't completed theirs because they are trying to church them up as a rebuildable joint...that and they have their hands full with providing customer service for all their other parts.

$200 per side? Just use full circle snap rings and the balljoints won't get shoved out anyway.
