No, fuel pressure does increase slightly when I rev.

I searched FSB and was reminded that the TPS has to be installed/adjusted correctly. I reinstalled it to where the old one was. It seems to be working fine now. I had been letting it idle for awhile before that, so either the problem went away once it got to normal operating temp, or I had the TPS not set right. I am going to replace the fuel filter for good measure because they are cheap and easy before clayton. I kinda suspect that this problem is not over, and I am leaning towards something fuel related. It has two pumps, both of which are fairly old.

Alright its time for me to drill out my hi steer arms and I have a question. My arms have the beveled sides to help keep the steering gods happy. When I drill my arms do I need to drill the hole perpendicular to the bevel in the arms or drill them perpendicular to the arm itself?

I haven't even looked at the arms, yet to see how they set on the kingpin.

As far as draglink hole placement I have heard that you want it at a 1:1 ratio of how long the distance is from the center of your pitman arm draglink hole to center of the sector shaft hole in relation to the center of the kingpin cap center to the center of your draglink hole in the hi steer arm is this correct(ie 6" long center to center pitman arm to 6" long center to center for the hi steer arm).
The guy at mad4wd who made the arms said that he typically like to do a little less than 1:1 so that the steering stops on the knuckles are the stop not the steering box limits. Wouldn't you want it to be the box not the knuckles so that you don't break your knuckles with the added force of hydro assist?

Also, sharpe how far back did you drill your behind the axle holes for your tierod?

I would go 1:1 and adjust the steering stops accordingly. I think the tierod holes are the same distance as the draglink hole (~6")

Jack up vehicle. Adjust steering stops so that you get the most angle without binding the u-joints. Turn wheels all the way to right, steering wheel all the way to right, set drag link on and mark for hole. Turn to left and see if it still lines up. Adjust until it lines up then drill hole. The steering stops will break off after use.

your box or ram should run out of travel (with nothing binding) before you hit any stops. I've seen several knuckles ripped off because people use stops.

Questions: Can you get a 1350 yoke for the stock pinion support? What is the benefit of an aftermarket pinion support (say Daytona) versus the stock one?

i don't think they have different pinion seal ID's - so therefore, a 1350 yoke should fit a stock support.

I have billet 1350 yokes on both rigs with Daytona style supports.
