finally found a decent truck worth keeping. i havent had much time to go over it becuase of work but here are the specs:

been repainted eleventy times with a roller. was a shop truck for the past ten years pulling trailers. new clutch, brakes, belts and random other odds and ends. Drove it back last night from seguin(from redneck trailer house in middle of no where) strait up through austin, luckily it was dark. leaks/burns oil, leaks fuel, floor boards rusted out, cancer around the drip rail, only speedo works. besides that. the truck is rust free otherwise, runs great, everything else works(even A/C), and will cruise at 60mph with out any problems.
going to sell the western haulerish bed to recoupe some cash back. going to strip the inside and see how bad the rust goes, power wash 30 years of grime off of it, attempt to fix leaks. more details as get get farther into it.
