If he wants solid window, he can come get it.
high steer arms:
good, bad, ugly? springless? learn me. which brands to stay away from?
because he said spring less I can only guess d-60 kingpin.
its for a dana 60, he is giong to do crossover on the 79 ford and wheel it
ive finally convinced him to do the 2 or three little things it needs and wheel it and stop trying to build another one like i was doing for a while. shoulda spent the energy on the cj. live and learn
Red 81 CJ5, 35's, 4.10 and detroit, 4 to 1 dana 300, tbi efi, flat belly, cage, chromos and auzzie in front... sometimes runs. body damage to come
mad4wd is what I have on mine. Seem to be a decent deal.

I used WFO arms. Springless but have adjustable kingpin pre-load via threaded studs. Since heavy trucks have been doing it this way for decades I will assume it is better. And they are competitively priced.
On the 8th day god created the Super Swamper TSL and said "go forth and kick ass"
i am also running the wfo ones and have had no problems with them
the ballistic arms are springless and come with arp studs
thinking of a bed similar to this:
i like the retro wood deck
