For all those that keep saying the stock hanger flip won't be any good, get F-250/F-350 ones. The truck in question is a F-350, which I assume uses F-350 parts.

yeah it uses beefier parts but you could flip it in the stock location and you are still going to have the ****ty shackle angle

I think you should deffinitly do the f-toy thing, sink 5k+ into it, many long nights wrenching and never see a trail. Then sell the axles to me when you give up on it for pennies on the dollar.

or just wheel the piss out of it. and fawking lose the AC you girl.

The cab is already fooked, boatside it and wheel the piss out of it. If you put a new cab on it, you will end up not wanting to scratch it and that is no fun at all.

you could narrow the front like i did the big nasty tyler to make it easier to get your tires up on stuff. It was a really easy mod and took about a 2-3 days of mild working on to do the most time consuming part was cutting the hood in three pieces and rewelding it, but you could jsut screw it together if you were lazy. Leave it full body you will get to enjoy the sound of crunching sheet metal.

Boatside the **** out of it and build some STOUT sliders. That is one of the best bang-for-the-buck mods I've done to Pigpen and it has really helped me squeeze down some tight trails I had no business being on.

i think you should strip it down to the frame and chassis, then narrow a bronco body and put on it. shouldnt take long at all.

i got to take a look at pig pen to get an idea of how high to go. im worried if i go too high, like to the top of the fenderwell, the floor board would be too squeezed to accomedate(sp) the clutch assembly, my feet in general, etc. but want to go high enough to make it worth while.

i need to look in big nasty as well. though about narrowing the front.

or if i had a full blown shop and unlimited funds. i could do a drive train swap. but since im building it, im going to try to improve on what i have to work with.

    Build roll cage
boatside it with some good rockers
build a good flatbed to haul tools/ extra people
edit: some sort of BW1456?/NP 205 doubler
narrow the front so that you can see
wheel the piss out of it

    Later:
buy longfield shafts for the front
    buy 40s or 42s
    roll it
scrap body/frame and put axles and tires on a EFI ford ranger body
