i should have that exact size in a set of BFG A/Ts for sale within about a month. no holes, plugs, patches or punctures, lots of tread left. i cant find the receipt so i dont know how many miles on 'em but i dont think its more than ~12K. i bought them sometime summer `06 and bought the Dodge at the end of the summer, aka: very little driving in the last 2 years. $208/ea on the discount web site. 4 BFGs and full-size spare = $750 with rims, dont even have to have 'em mounted and balanced.
PS: the spare is some kind of A/T that has never been on the ground
