    1982 Xr125

Another one of the bikes from the Clyde collection. This was actually clyde's bike and the big brother to the bike jimmy is selling. I would say it is a medium size bike, its a little small, but karl used to ride it and i ride it no problem.

It runs good, usually starts first kick. Needs brakes, but really the way i putt around on it you can just downshift. The exhaust was "fixed" with some PVC but that has recently broken and needs to be reworked.

The lack of exhaust i think is making it idle high right now.

I just put a tube in the rear tire and both tires are in fine shape. The rear one is a super mud grip tire that rides rough on the street but rules in the mud/sand.

It was originally street legal, and can be made so again, but it will need a blinker on side that is currently hanging and obviously some brakes.

I'm asking $300 which is what i have in it. I'm not in a hurry to sell its just taking up space in my garage, so save your lowball offers.

I've never seen anyone include this in the required criteria while shopping for a vehicle

I had the same muffler on mine. It was burnt through (surprised?) I replaced it with sheetmetal, it promptly shat everything from inside the muffler!

main reason for asking if it wheelied was to see if the clutch/motor was still strong, I'll go ahead and make a wheelie bar that I can put my foot on for campsite cruisin.

Anything will wheelie if you drop the clutch hard enough.... But this bike will do a real wheelie if you know how to balance yourself. My brother could ride a wheelie for like 100 yards on it.

Do you have a title for the XL125? I don't want to low-ball you, but I'll give you $250 for it. I have cash in hand and I can pick it up tonight.

I need a bike like this to put around my neighborhood. Please call me - I live in Houston (Cy Fair).

    Thanks,

    Adam

Yes, i have the title, but i feel like $300 is a fair price. I just listed it, and i feel like a running dirt bike is already a good deal for $300.

If you want to come look at it. I live at:

    1814 Ryansbrook Ln.
    Spring, Tx 77386.

Fair enough. I can do $300 once I see it. I can come pick it up tonight but I'd like to be assured that we have a deal before I make the drive. Please give me a call - I will be away from my email so call me and you have a deal.

    Thanks,

    Adam

I'll come get this bike out of your garage today and I'll pay you $325. I have cash in hand and I need a bike for close transportation since my wife and I downsized to one car.

I really like the bike. Please let me know.
