Took it apart last night. Three of the gears aren't very happy, but I think I'll run them as the main gear costs $130.00. I might look at making the main gear for fun.

I'm not even sure I'm going to mess with the motor since I can get a new one for $85.

Definately going to have to do some of the bearings and seals. I'll also probably do that Albright solenoid.

Bearings/seals, hopefully under $100
Albright solenoid $160
Misc $50

Hopefully it should be under $500 even if I have to get a gear or two.

What kind of cable and how long?

7/16 steel cable, used for overhead cranes. probably about 100-150 feet, I also have as much 3/8's cable as you want almost 400 ft.

If you are interested i will measure and find out for sure
