dual shocks

i just cant seem to find the braackets for my f150..generally speaking it wouldnt be too difficult to slightly modify those for a same year f250 or 96 f150..i just dont know if its worth it..just wondering..and yes i ask about things like these cuz i come across em in class and love to hear the wisdom you guys dish out

i never understood the importance of dual shocks on anything but a pre-runner or baja runner. But every d-bag in a f-250 with a billion inches of lift and 35"s seems to have them. ?

yea everyone with street lifts..i was just wondering..something i read says they reduce the impact energy on the shocks because it distributes between the two..but yea ur right most the ones ive seen have been on 250s driven by 17 year old pink shirt wearin preppy kids whose mommys and daddys bought them the truck in the first place

btw does anyone knows what a self-adjusting shock means? Does the refer to how the valves are set up and the way it compresses or adjusts to bumps?
