    Good place for lawnmower repair

I brought my inlaws riding lawnmower up from Houston because all the shops down there are bogged down with chainsaw repair (best told him 3 months just to get an estimate!).

Does anyone know any good local shops that can do some work on these? It needs some work on the blades (they are out of sync & hitting each other), a replacement for part of the cowl over the blades, and a tune up/oil change.
    Thanks,

I believe it was Ike's that treated me well when I had some work done on a chainsaw. If that's the one that is basically behind Purvis...

Yup Ike's is great. They recently moved to a bigger location but IIRC it is just further north on South College from their old one.

I don't think his inlaws want to have to kludge their lawnmower together halfway through mowing just to get it off the lawn every weekend, only to bring it back out the next weekend and have the same problems

you know I love you Chris

im sure ur not going to haul that thing back to houston, but if u have to cuz places here are bogged too theres a place in old katy u could try, they're kinda on the outskirts west of katy and usually have aboslutly nothing to do but throw small tractor tires at each other.

if nothing else it culd be good for future reference

I'm sure you're not going to haul that thing back to Houston, but if you have to because places here are bogged down with jobs too, then there's a place in old Katy you could try. They're kind of on the outskirts west of Katy and they usually have absolutly nothing to do but throw small tractor tires at each other.

If nothing else, it could be good for future reference.
