I've driven from New York to houston straight through twice, and that's another 600 miles.

didnt say you could not do it. i was just thinking after a week full of drinking and living in the wild and then finishing it off with a 20 hour drive to the finish... monday is going to be pretty much a worthless day at work.

We're leaving around 5AM on tues morning.

Edit: scratch that, just drive over on tues morning, so i dont have to drop you off on sun night. Prob would still be a good idea to bring stuff over on monday night just so we can get an idea of what all has to go in the truck and have it packed nice and tight like doug's ass!

Hmm, maybe I can coax Hayley into dropping me off. Ed will have almost all my stuff and the buggy already, so I will probably only have 1 bag. BTW, why are we leaving so early though if we are stopping in Raton? I'd rather sleep in my own bed than hang out at some motel 6 for an evening. Beggars can't be choosers though, so your call - I appreciate the ride!

FWIW, I would be willing to take a more leisurely return if Ed or anybody would rather get back Monday. I only have a lunch meeting that day that I don't really have to be at.
