That is a good story, but Ryan Clarke's post seems to imply otherwise. The fact that you threw in the spare also kinda leads me to believe you knew you were pulling one over on me and trying to make it up. Edit: also if they were not the load range you wanted why didn't you just say that instead of "the gubment bit me in the ass"
I'm not putting that tire on my truck. I'm going to put the set on CL tonight including a picture of the missing chunk and I'll wait to see if I can get my $400 back out of them before I get pissed.

This, Rowdy, is where you say " Damn Eric, I am really sorry, I really did not notice the gaping hole in the side of the tire. I can send you $100 towards a new tire immediately.

A PM would probably be best.

rowdy just send the man $100 you lead Eric on to believe that they were good tires, and how did you not notice the chunk missing, we noticed it as soon as we moved them to load them on the trailer

Eric, im sorry about this and can try to help all i can to make this right. Like i said before, i agreed with you 400, cause i paid 450 with the spare and had no use for it. So thus is why i threw in the spare. I lost money on the deal, but thought you could use it more than i could. I bought them sight unseen and didnt know about this, if i did, i wouldnt have bought them. I am sorry that this had happened and wouldnt try to screw anybody over here, i have no reason to do so.

And the govt did bite me in the ass, but its none of anyone's business why it did. The tires weren't the right type and i needed money fast or it was bout to get very ugly with the govt authority that I was dealing with.

Alright I got a PM from Rowdy and we're cool and I apologize for jumping on his ass so quick. We'll work it out over PM from here on out. I will post pics of the chunk later just to satisfy everyone's curiosity. Hell maybe nobody knew about the chunk...I've loaded stuff in the dark before...but I'm thinking the burden is on Austin for this one

No, quick you can still continue this. Start by questioning the virtue of his mother.
