The granite might not have looked as good now, but in 10 years, it would still be peemp! (unless it cracked) A granite top will wear the edge off a knife quick too, so I am torn when it comes to that.

We just got this one to the office yesterday. Had a brisket on it a few weeks a go and it did pretty good. I really like the layout of this one, so I am going to try and get the dimensions down and work one up one of these days. I want to pull the 'bomb' and wrenches off and take them home.
