Soggy Bottom Sun. Sept. 27, 2009

We will be having a trip this upcoming Sunday, the 27th of Sept.

We hope to go to BVORR on HWY 47, however due to the rain it will most likely be rained out.
    Fees: $10 per person

So in this event we will go to Soggy Botton on HWY 21.
    Fee information/directions:http://www.soggybottomatvranch.com/index.html

In either situation, we will meet behind McDonalds on Northgate at 11:30 am. and be at the gates on the ranch at 12:00 noon.

Last time, and the only time I went out there most of the trails had some sort of bypass around the deep deep mudholes. It is mainly an ATV place. Essentially you drive out there drink some beers, do a few rooster tails and call it a day. I am thinking about dragging the klogger up there this weekend, especially since I *****ed about having the event soon....

so are you going to have the power for those new fancy tires of yours or are you gonna have to regear/ make that bastard doubler you were talking about
Red 81 CJ5, 35's, 4.10 and detroit, 4 to 1 dana 300, tbi efi, flat belly, cage, chromos and auzzie in front... sometimes runs. body damage to come

I will have the power of a new alternator, fan clutch, and u-joints. The tires will take the ultimate doubler (what you refer to as bastard) and the removal of the twin traction beam front end....

However for the mud the 37's and TTB will dominate.

I'm up for riding along. I'll take the buggy if someone wants to tow and help me wash it out after, but I'm not much of a mud guy...

I know Doug has permanent shotgun, since he provided the cab. Other than that, anyone who can grab a handle is welcome to roll.

Everyone come out, I would invision us basically unloading and driving to that field to drink some beers. Then we will watch people run through mud puddles. Occasionally someone will break a D60 shaft and then flip their truck.

My point, to come and hang out you do not have to have an extreme truck or get it really muddy. Now if you drink a few beers and decide to run through mud puddles, it will get muddy....
