no. don't worry about it. i'm done.

make sure you have the centers all the way in the wheel when you go to weld them and that the wheels aren't out of round too bad. mine were a little and it caused them to sit in there crooked.

Vilas made me a new steering stop.

Bottom side machined out so it doesn't hit the seal.

Tie rod tabs, I went ahead and made them out of 3/8" since I had it laying around. (Mock up bolt)

Tucks up nicely behind the tie rod.

I think money was tight. These were to be used at tcc but we ran out of time to mount the tires.

There's enough room in there to put a new one in.

did you even lay out the welds so the wheels would be close to balanced, I would have welded it solid all of the way around.

I'm guessing because the holes in the centers aren't lined up with the studs.

usually you line up the holes in the pressed center with the studs so that you can press the studs out and press new ones in if you need to.

It was 4 in the morning and I thought I had measured them out all of the way......clearly I didn't. I'm going to fully weld them before I put them on.

As far as rock rings, they're on the list but I am out of money.

Plenty of room on mine to put in a new stud (if you can find one), put the nut on, and pull it in with an impact. Think I have the same centers and doubt you are going with tons of backspacing.

My rock rings have little 1" openings all around, to let water/mud out. Most of those little 1" sections are bent in. Not enough to leak, but obviously the rings are doing the job.
