    Just put a voltmeter....

x2 on pbb vendors vs. sourcing it yourself. Might be worth a try and would be nice to find someone 'local' with a table.

Weston has a plasma table, no? Not sure if he is looking for sidework though.

Also, I know a company that has a waterjet, but i am not sure it would be economical.

River city steel in SA usually has nice big pieces of 1/4" plate in the scrap pile. Normally about double of scrap price, so about 25 cents per pound. I stock up when I haul scrap, they usually have 10ga to 1" thick pieces between 3'x4' and 8'x10' in size.

Ruh roh raggy........for real this time after some caliper grinding.

It seems like bronco's in this club have a hard time holding onto shocks.

Looks like TSL's? Are you having to do caliper grinding because they are a 15" rim?

I think he grinded down the calipers for them to fit. The ruh roh is probably for the parts that he's about to break now.

    This. They're 42" tsls. 16.5" rim

I'll only have to take off a hair from the rear caliper but quite a bit from the front.

Really? a 16.5" does not clear? I guess it is the back spacing??? I know your axles are newer than mine, but mine clear 16.5's fine. 15's bring the suck.
