These will go under the fenders on the bottom half of the frame rail.

    Test piece

don't mind the **** welds on the frame. I'm going to cut most of that off and grind it smooth anyway

three more on the assembly line, ambers in the front, reds in the rear

I cut the hole too far in on the red. So both reds will look like the one pictured, the ambers will be almost to the edge.

The drive over looks alot higher in the picture than it is. It's only 3/4" off the top of the fender.

On second thought....i'm going to redo that. They need to be recessed into the fender.

Take a look at JB's. Rhino did a sweet job on it. Pics are probably on here somewhere.

    Looking good!

That was the plan until I found out how much 2x4 box was.....I may change it later but i'm sick of working on this thing. I need to get back on the bronco pronto.

I spend more time getting this legal than making it functional.

Some expensive damn stickers.....They have to cover half of the length of the trailer, so that's 7 per side.

Almost have the fender for the other side done.

You actually don't have to have reflective tap unless the trailer has a 10000lb or higher gvwr. Sorry to burst you bubble, but it's in the fine print of the DOT.

But if you are going to run it make sure you have the white to the front of the trailer like you have in your picture.

Clarke did a great job on mine. The fender is sliced out, and the 2x4 is recessed in. Sticks up maybe 1/2". Welded the fender to it, then used some sort caulk to smooth out the seam. Covered it all up with bedliner. Still very happy with it

Like I said, these will work. I'm not spending $100 on drive over fenders right now.

See how much 4x4.5# channel is. It's normally half the cost of 2x4 or 3x1.5 and it will be plenty strong.
