rooms for rent

Well me and melissa are splitting up ! I'll have 2 rooms for rent buy the end of July I'm out on Sandy Point rd about 1/8 mile from Lake Bryan park entrance.I think its less than 10miles to campus, 5miles from downtown Bryan. I have 1.25 acres Lots of room to park rigs and trailers. Rent is $250+ 1/3 utilities , pets Ok, will have to supply own kennel or help finish building fence. You will have to supply your own wireless internet service also. I have washer and dryer. One room is 12'x10' , the other is 9'x12' . First one gets pick! I have pool table in living room ,big front deck , I will prefer people over 21, but will consider the right people under 21. I'm not a big week day parties cause I get up at 4am for work mon-fri !
