Maybe the thread needs a name change? How about "Sparlings Panhandling Thread"?

Anybody want 20 bucks to go get my block and related engine parts from my ex's place and keep them at their house until mid-august? Apparently I can keep my carpet and fridge in her garage but an engine is too much, and she decided after I moved out and went back to San Antonio to tell me. There's an engine stand attached to the engine and I don't care if who ever uses it that keeps it at their house. I don't want to spend 70 bucks on gas just to move a damn engine.

2 years and she hasn't sold your crap out of her garage including a smallblock on an engine stand!? Spend the $70 in gas and $2000 on a ring and go down there and propose to that girl!
