I caught a lot of flak for starting the planning so early last year, and now it seems it's too late to get everyone on board in time. I like your idea hippie, but there is no way in hell I will be able to make it up to rangley by that friday as I don't get in until wednesday at noonish.

I have a feeling that it will work out better for us to head that way. Would be nice to see everyone at the river too. I haven't floated in ~8 years.

Logistically, the Hot Springs/Clayton trip would work better for me, and I wouldn't need to find a tow. I would probably just take Fri-Tues off, hopefully getting in 1-2 days at Clayton, return home to save some vacation days, and then hit up the river that wknd.

I am tenatively in, pending what the final itnerary is. I am planning on heading down to the coast the wknd of the 11-13, and Colorado appeals more to me than the others (better weather and scenery) Also Clayton during the week, might be kinda cool, but I would also like to see as many new places as possible. Seems like a lot of time at clayton considering we have all been there and are familiar.

I have heard (and seen some bad ass videos from there) good things about disney and would def. be down for heading up that way. It wouldn't be any more of a drive (time wise) from Hot Springs I don't think.
