Nah, just scrap it. I can't make it out to montgomery anytime soon. I'll get the engine from you but just scrap the truck. Isn't that 7.3 an IDI engine? If so I read that those are mechanical fuel injection so I shouldn't need much to get it running.

i think so... ill try to salvage most of the harness if it isnt a huge pain in the ***, 100 for the rear diff sound ok?
whats the gearing in the diff? 4:10's hopefully?

still have transfer case, driveshafts, trans, random body parts....
Is it the ZF 5 speed? If so how much for that?
