antifreeze, jackstands, remove battery and rat poison. all the rest is overkill/unecessary.

Is there nobody you trust enough to let them use it for the year? It's a nice, dependable rig, right? Surely you know someone who's gonna have to start commuting to a parking garage and doesn't have a dependable car?
That storage unit is gonna run you like 2k and it'll be better to have someone fire it up and drive it around from time to time.
Oh and I would go with moth balls rather than rat poison

While I sit here wearing my tin foil helmet and contemplating JFK's assassination I can't think of another human soul I would trust with it (especially in TAMOR).

I'd offer, but I'd rather drive a broke ford than wave a gay flag around at everybody.

only thing I did when I went to Australia for a year was put in fuel stabilizer. I had to put a new battery in it when I got back but it fired right up the first try. Not even a flat tire!

And if Sophia is staying at the Old Jersey house why not just store it under he car port?

Sofia, Garrett, family, etc. I'm sure someone would be willing to take care of it, that you actually trust.

Just put it in storage and ask someone to drive it around the block once a week, adding gas as needed. Shouldn't be that hard.

Oh, and trickle charger for the battery.
