But, my grandmother passed away this morning. She had been sick for a while, so we knew it was coming. Still sucks. The funeral will likely be Friday. I'll probably come up that night instead. I'll be ready to get out of town for a while. Will likely stay through Monday. No regrets.

Thanks. It does suck. She was my original business mentor and investor. That's why I said no regrets. I did want to share, but I didn't want to change the thread conversation over. If you must send condolences, just PM me. I'll be sure to leave my box full.

Is there another park aside from Green Acres and Frielings? If my junk is still functional, I would like to do one of the other parks SUnday or Monday.

I know the way to the powerline, it might be a little boring for your rig. There is also another place that is mentioned earlier in this thread.

I ran some new trails in November that I've never run out at Green Acres. there is plenty of stuff out there, you just have to try them.

The place has changed - you now go in, park, and pay at the airstrip - much easier to get in. People camp at the airstrip now.

Sounds a lot better. Still don't think I would camp out there this time of year tho...
