Looks good. I would still add a place for a winch. Looks good though.

My last ditch effort to persuade you. I promise........You are going to use this truck right? Like possibly some go-fast stuff, possoibly so beach, woods, trail action? Are you always going to be with someone that can get you out.....get your heavy ass 3/4 diesel truck out?? Probnot right?

Well, if you you still say no, at least you have my number, so my old 1/2ton pickup can come winch your ass out ( w/snatch blcok of course since your truck is stupid heavy)

Sam- Can y'all punch a one inch hole and how thick of material?

John- I'll be putting a receiver hitch behind the skid plate, but have no plans or really any want for a winch in the front bumper. As soon as I have the means to bend 2 inch tubing I'll be making another one anyway

    And thanks y'all

Yeah we have a 1" punch. The rule is you cannot punch anything that is thicker than your holes diameter, so 1" punch can do 1" material, but 3/4" can only do up to 3/4"

Got the lower skid plate finished up, excuse the crappy cell phone picture. I wanted something strong so I used some 3x 1/4 inch angle that I had and I might end up reinforcing where I notched for the transmission lines, but I'm a little worried of it just holding mud and water. Not exactly sure what or if I'm going to do anything about it.

I think if you drill one hole on each end on the backside it'll be fine

Steering box is taking a ****... or should i say piss. It's leaking a lot from the lower seal. Options:

1 buy seal kit ~$30 - I've never done this, how much work is it?
2 re-manufactured box ~ $200-300 - Advanced has one on their website for $130 but I think it is discontinued, if I can get it I'm going this route.
3 Upgrade to a Delphi box with hydor assist ~1100 http://www.pscmotorsports.com/03-08-...-kit-1794.html - this seems Ideal but is steep

With steps one or two I'll be adding a brace to the box in hopes this doesn't happen again. Something like this http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/...er-p-2092.html

Website say the store in Magnolia has one in stock, we couldn't even order one at our store. Ask tommy if there's a way he can do a store transfer on that one to our store. He should be at work right now.
