I got the Carli track bar in today, it was a pain because the axle brackets were sucked in from tightening the bolt so much to get the KORE track bar tight.

Overall this is a huge upgrade the front end is a lot tighter and no more bump steer. The old KORE track bar was 1 3/8 inch tubing where the new Carli one is 1.5 inch tubing. Also I went back with the 14mm bolts on the frame and axle

now all I need to do is re-center the axle, I swear I measured 3 or 4 times and it was 39 and 1/8 inches long however the steering wheel is off center and the axle is too far driver. Hopefully I can just take it off at the frame and legnthen it a bit and it should be fine.

    Pictures:

(yes I know my bumps are not all the way in the cans)

Put ~700 miles on my truck this weekend, Fuel consumption was a little high due to just hauling ass but got almost 12 towing Sam's buckwheat and ~15 unloaded.

The 37's are staying, turns out most of my issues were caused by tunning and have now been fix. Better drop hitch, air bags and gears will still be going on in that order. It's easy to see some hotter EGT's with the lower cruising RPM's, but that's just fixed by speeding up

    Couple poser pics

BTW, Sam's has a really amazing place

For comparison, my place which is only 300 miles west (should be one tank):

Got the HID's on, easier than expected just plugged the factory fog light connector into the ballast. I'll be in the shop most of the day if any CS people want to stop by.

I thought you were putting them in place of the factory fog lights.

I wouldn't use them anywhere traffic might be, but I have no idea about legal ramifications

Couple pictures from the bumper I'm building. The brackets are 1/4 inch plate, would welding d-ring tabs to the front face (indicated in red) suffice for tow points? Also where is a good source for an aluminum skid plate? 3/8 or 1/4 aluminum plate?

the pry-bar was not used on the bumper...

Thats going to look slick... What size are the holes in the front plate going to be? We have a 2-3/8" punch for our iron worker, if that is about the right size, you could bring it up to paris and punch them out
