a location and some details on the house would help get someone interested, its just a thought though.
I don't have an exact house picked out yet, but there are several 3 bedroom 2/3 bath houses out there, fairly new, with a 2 car garage. I already have one roommate committed, but if I can get one more to commit, we can go sign the lease and be done with it.
