Cheap daily driver

I got assigned a new store that I start at on Monday. It isn't in q very good area so I need a beater vehicle. I'm looking for a small truck or suv. 4x4. For under $4000. Needs to be reliable enough to last me daily driving for 6-8 months.

Find yourself one of these with a 3.0 that has had the recall done on it already. They will be VERY reliable, and due to the 3.0 issue very cheap. 1990-1995 Toyota Pickup, and down in San Antonio it will fight right in with the rest of the day labor vehicles...

I found a 94 toyota truck I want but the guy left no contact other than email so am waiting on a response. I is a 17 day old listing so I don't know if he still has it
