15"x5"" Steel waggy wheels with pass. tires

I have 4 wheels and tires for sale. They are off my trailer.
They are white steel "waggy spoke" wheels. That are 15"x5" with a 5x5.5" bolt pattern.

Wheel/tire 1 is pic 2-3. It is a Federal Supersteel 657, 215/65R15 96H
It has tread but dry rot as well, holds air fine. Wheel has scuffing



Wheel/tire 2 is pic 4-5. It is a Toyo spectrum touring radial, P215/65R15 95T
It has tread but has major dry rot that is starting to pull apart. It holds air for a day or two. Wheel rim is slightly bent but holds a bead fine as far as I can tell.



Wheel/tire 3 is pic 6-7. It is a Toyo spectrum touring radial, P215/65R15 95T
It has tread but dry rot as well, holds air fine. Wheel has scuffing.

I want $20 a piece or $60 for all. They would make fine rollers for a Jeep or Ford project or as spares for a 3500lb trailer axle.

They are located in Dallas but I can bring to College Station, TX on Jan. 16-17.

$22 is funny, but on a serious note, why do all trailer tires start dry rotting like this? I gave Sparling some swampers that I bought used like 5 years ago, so I know they are 8 years old and they do not look like these...
