The hair got cut and the earrings came out once I started caring about all of the BS that comes with working for a land development firm. I feel like if I hear about Utilization rates, Multipliers, Cost to complete reports, or complicated 10 digit task numbers one more time I'm going to go postal. It's been a long few months if you couldn't tell.

trip was awesome! last night was colllllldddddd but the wheeling was great. having new guys come out was pretty fun too. we're expanding! haha
