the rattle can paint job is nearing completion, I imagine it would look pretty good with some wet sanding and a clear. Has anybody ever used the spray can clear? Hopefully this stuff sticks, I scuffed, cleaned and acetoned the whole body (and some bondo work )

    two notes:
-When estimating number of cans, double it
-don't use rustoleum sandable primer, it is expensive and ****.

Hey man, that actually looks pretty damn clean. Especially for a rattle can... nice job.

Comparatively, that's the best flat-ish black I have ever seen on a vehicle minus a few custom jobs and supercar factory stuff.

    And me encanta flat black

Should I cut the rear quarter panels and build a bumper/slider that wraps, or just go with a simple bumper? This will be for temporary DSO wheeling until it becomes a baja-racer...

I would go with a more simple bumper, if it is just going to be temporary

What is wrong with the tail lights?

    Needs new headlights.

I say cut the rear quarter and do wrap around bumper.

    Looks good.
