I'm with hot pocket, it looks like a super easy place to teach/go over safety and simple spotting procedures. Do they allow dirt bike? I see some sweet jumps

Yes, Texas Off Road Ranch is awesome. Perfect day trip for the club and a perfect way to baptize the newbies. Also, it seems like they are working hard to build it up. Should be a really fun place in the near future. We had a really solid turnout as well, I think everyone had a blast.
