    Anyone have a 10-12,000lb warn they want to get rid of?

    i have a m12000 off of a military hummer, converted to 12v with a reman motor, all guts gone through and re-greased, needs solenoid pack and controller (approx 300 on amazon), has wire rope but not sure on condition as i havent used the winch in a few years, $400 and its yours

    $400 for a rebuilt winch minus some solenoids and a controller, not broken. If you want to be cheap, you can use 4 ford starter solenoids and then you don't have to buy a controller either. Don't you already have a winch controller on your dash? That would work perfect with some starter solenoids.

    $400 for a used winch that costs 1500 new, if you want a cheap winch go to harbor freight and het one that will only last a run or two, if you want a quality winch you will have to spend a few dollars to get it
