    Cadillac with tracks

In an attempt to clean up my farm, I want to get this thing running to clear some brush and move stuff around. My grandpa bought this old International skid shovel about 20 years ago to do the same thing, but it got parked and got overgrown with rose bushes. I spent the better part of the afternoon clearing them out to get a better look at what I'm working with here. After getting some ideas from a few people and looking at the pictures I took, it looks like someone put a Cadillac big block with a HEI distributor in this thing. No idea why someone would go through that trouble or how they even did it but it's in there. I've never messed with anything with tracks before so what all do I need to look at or go through before I try to move this thing around? The motor stuff is pretty straight forward, but I have no idea on the running gear and tracks.
