    Wheeling in May.

Soccer season is almost over. Looking for a couple weekend trips starting in. May. Anyone have any trips in the works yet. I am thinking the memorial weekend trip to K2 is a must being that it is a 3 full days of wheeling event. I want another trip sooner though. Any thoghts?

I would be interested in Hot Springs. My sister just moved to Little Rock and it would be a good time to make a visit.

I also have a trip to Northwest OHV park planned for May 17th if anyone wants to join. Just going out for the day with a few friends from my office who want to know what it's like to shift their DD's into 4wd.

Sounds like a plan, I will be leaving Houston first thing Friday May 23, wheel Saturday and Sunday, Head home Monday

Fees are $30 per day for a wheeling rig and $10 per night for primitive camping, I reserved a spot at campsite #8 for the weekend, there are still available camping spots, I am not sure how big the spots are, they say the one I got can have 2 big tents.

It looks like the list is:
    Creighton - Jeep
    B. Colman - Ranger
    John Brown - Jeep
    Tate - 1 Jeep
    Blankenship - Jeep
    Evan - Jeep

    Maybe's:
    Sam - Scout?

Or stay at the KOA down the street... It has air conditioned cabins.

Looks like about 550 mile drive from here. Not too bad. Don't know for sure but likely just take one jeep. I would be leaving after 5pm on Friday. Get there early am. Wheel two full days and drive back Monday.

My sister and her husband are coming into town memorial day weekend so I won't be able to make the run to hot springs. It's there last visit before the air force stations them somewhere in the world so no trip for me that weekend.
