Jeffs Bronco Graveyard has way less stuff then they use to. I ordered a free LMC catalog for it and will order weatherstripping and a few other exterior and interior trim parts.

I also got it inspected today. Going to the title office sometime next week and see what kinda ordeal I am in for in getting a bonded title. I think I read somewhere that it has to appraise for over maybe 4000? That could be an issue. We'll see.

It doesn't have to appraise for more than 4k, but if it doesn't then they use blue book value instead of what it's actually worth. I went through that with a mustang my grandpa bought. You'll need to get a signed appraisal (some might try to charge you, we found someone to do it for free), go to a bondsman and pay them for the bond, a bill of sale, and give all of your paperwork to the title office. It was a huge pain in the ass when we did it mainly because the title office was 40 minutes from my grandparents house and the people in the title office were incompetent and couldn't figure out what we needed. The title office is on your side of town so it shouldn't be too much running around for you.

Then in I think 2 years if nobody has reported it stolen and nobody claims it as theirs then you get a blue title.

It looks to me like a warn M8000, or 9000 would fit in that bumper and you would not even see it.

Let me look but I think I hung on to all the weather stripping from my bronco when I parted it out. It was all replaced shortly before I parted it out so in great condition. If I have it, you can have it for free.

Don't forget to check rock auto, they have a lot of weatherstripping and trim parts.

Call these guys for a bonded title. They handle basically everything.

Shop said it nees to be torn down or replaced. Quoted 2600 for a rebuilt one with 3 year warranty. That is obviously not going to happen.

Can the tailhousings swap easily between 2 and 4wds? That would open my search up. http://austin.craigslist.org/pts/4590619250.html

Pretty sure you have to pull it all the way apart to swap the tail shaft. C6s and e4od/4r100s are that way.

Not nearly as bad. Ill keep it in mind. Still would rather spend less than $500

Also, anyone have any 80-96 Bronco tire carriers?
