yes, but this morning she begins to tell me I'm idiotic, a bitch and immature, and that she is moving out ASAP. So, now I'm stuck with 600 a month for rent, and all the bills unless I can find a summer roommate...

doesnt matter if her name is n the lease or not.....the roommate can say that she is keeping the house in an unhealthy state....send a letter to the leasing company and bam....shes out of the lease....it happened when we lived on dexter....course it was prolly true....if Century 21 had walked into lee's room they would prolly have evicted us on the spot....
