    Ford 8"

    Ford 8" with 2.79 gears.
    58" WMS 5x4.5
    28 Spline

    From Randy's R+P:

    8" is stronger than 35C of course. Not much weaker than a 9"...

    4.10s are $194
    4.62s are $194

    Detroit is $424

    Yours for $40

    If no one wants it I will try to return it on the way back to San Antonio in exchange for a 9" out of a Lincoln with a 460.

    I don't know what WMS the Lincoln has, but would anyone be interested in that axle or a flat top Chevy 44?
