Well suprisingly enough it is pretty light for my standards about 60lbs you knoe the 1/4" steel tends to add up!
That's pretty slick, I know I'm too lazy to ever make anything that nice.
yeah it only took me 6 months to complete! Just about on schedule for my projects!
rj, did you have any of the metal broke or did you weld all those seams?
The top back round is from tubing (3"x3") cut in half for weight. On the side guards since I didn't have a break to bend it, I put the plate on the milling machine at work and scored my bend lines with a ball end mill so I could bend it by hand then weld it up from the inside. Every other seam is welded ground and sanded. Even got the wife working her own grinder!
Looks damn good RJ....worlds apart from that bumper you and jeremy whipped out for Jason's Cherokee.
