We're fixing up our old Willys army jeep. Has anyone ever replaced gas tanks on them before? We had hell finding one (only found one up north somewhere for way too much) so we are gonna just make a new one. I think our willys is a '54- it has the tank under the drivers seat.

Yeah its an under the seat tank. I think I will really like mine because I can extend the wheelbase, have a rear seat and still have an 11 gallon tank.
David Holland just went through this with his Willis. His has a new under seat tank from Brazil. We did manage to get it to run last week.
