    roommate for summer

    I need a roomate for this summer starting may 15. I live in a 2 bed / 1.5 bath duplex on San Mario. Not too far from campus and is on a bus route. Living room and kitchen is furnished. I have expanded basic cable and cable internet. There's a decent size backyard, pets are allowed but I do already have a dog. There's also washer/dryer and a one car garage with some space left in it. The real estate company just did a lot of work to fix up the outside and make the place nicer. Rent is $337.50/month plus utilities/cable. If interested call after 6pm 693-8242.

    Did some rearranging....

    rents gonna be $220 month

    Anyone know somebody just point them my way please.
