    sweet looking toyota

    here are a couple pics from a guy in my local off-road club of his sweet and very clean 2003 toyota its got arb;s and 4.88;s at both ends, with a dana 44 front and now sliders, wiinch, and tube bumpers.

    backyard armchair mechanic:

    i would have made a smaller drophanger with some flatter springs....probably woulda went fullwidth too. Pretty nice though....i'd be surprised if he didn't rub the springs.

    hanger does look a little flimsy though, and from what I've heard those aren't exactly Texas 'froading-friendly tires
    He didn't wrap-around the rear bumper a la Allpro?

    i havent got a good up close look at it or anything, and as for the tires for the terrain here in south texas thay will do fine since all we have is some sand, mud, and ssome dirt hiles and stuff mainly unless we go to mexico for rocks. knowing the time and money this guy has been dumping into this thing i wouldthink the tires prolly wouldnt rub.
