Well Troy and Matt were in Gallop yesterday around 4:00 and should be in NV by now. I fly to Reno tonight to meet up with them, will be spotting in both classes. Wish us luck!

Holy Crap - I just checked the weather there and the hottest it will get will be 73 degrees!!! 40 degree lows!!! Good thing I threw in a flannal shirt and a pair of jeans this morning along with my t-shirts, shorts, and flit flops...

OK, update from CA....
first Troy broke a CTM u-joint after laying it aginst a tree and tryiny to back out - it ended up taking out both shafts and the ball joints.
Now we only have the TJ competing - Matt ended up breaking the pinion gear out of the third member. The bolted on third member comletly ripped out of the third member.
we ended up fixing the CJ, we took Doug K back to the hotel room with a girl that he just met, and we are now fixing to head out to the bar...
EDIT - Doug is sleeping is the back of Hal's Dodge with "his girl"...

much better today... We timed out in two courses but finished the other three with very low points.
Broke the front driveshaft but was able to weld it and fix it up in our break time time...
more to come - time to go down to the Casino in Reno
