    Ford 460

The block I had has a bad cylinder, so I'm looking for a ready to run 460. '68-'71 preferably. If you know someone that has one please let me know.

    TIA

Probably could, machine shop I was using really wasn't interested in doing that. I'm looking pretty hard at reman engines, but figured I'd check here first.

why do you want those years? is it because of the timing stock timing advance or retard, being straight up on these motors up to 71. if my memory serves me right 71-late seventies shared the same casting mold for the blocks. if you find a motor that needs some parts i got a few new parts like the stock cam, and stock 1973 timing set.
He who dies with the most **** wins, after seeing your collection you are in the lead no doubt!

i know you're not really in the neighborhood, but give Vilas a call. i'm sure you could talk brandini into making the delivery they sleeve motors on a pretty regular basis. John will remember you when/if you go drop it off.
