My wife & I have a duplex that is still available for the fall semester & we are willing to cut a deal. First off we are giving away free wireless internet shared between the two sides. If you are looking for a 2 Bedroom then we would be willing to price it as such. It normally rents for $850 but we are more than willing to negotiate.
