He who dies with the most **** wins, after seeing your collection you are in the lead no doubt!
brilliant blue pearl and the last clear coat i added some different colors of pearl to it. so in the sun you can see the red and green.

That first pic didn't load for me yesterday. Damn that looks kick ass...least for a jeep
I know you said you were building it for the trail only but with a rig that nice I guarantee your gonna be driving around campus picking up little freshmen.
Nice work

what size joints are you running on the d-shafts? cv rear or single joint?
rear is a 1350 CV at the x-fer and 1410 at the axle. the 1350 CV likes to break alot.
front is 1350 CV at the x-fer and 1350 at the axle.
so, do you wish you had gone with a single 1410 at the rear x-fer instead?
i don't think they can handle the angle. or can they? i never really looked into it. if it can then i will for sure have to upgrade. with the flanges being $100 a pop it would pay for itself pretty quickly...
the 1410 can handle 28 degrees and the 1350 cv can do 20 degrees. only problem is it will vibrate at highway speed if your rear pinion is pointed up.
so its the flange on the t-case output that keeps breaking?
edit: is your jeep even street legal or registered?

kopecki and i were just discussing it over some keystone and we agree that you must be over-flexing the 1350 CV to break it.
