How to entertain your dog:

My dog has been really bored in his run and has started digging. So I came up with a "tug of war" system for him.

Supplies:
2 - 3/8" coarse thread X 1" diameter eye lag bolts
xft of 1/8" coated steel cable
2 - 1/8" cable clamps
1 - rubber bungee cord with removable hooks
1 - dog toy of choice

Procedure:

Find a suitable corner of the yard for the tug of war. Install the eye bolts in a fence post on each side of the corner. Measure the distance between the eye bolts, then buy the amount of cable need to go from eye to eye, plus some to run through the clamps. Attach one end of the cable to one of the eye bolts. Remove the hooks from the bungee cord, then run the cable through the hole in the bungee cord. Attach the other end of the cable to the other eye bolt. Attach the dog toy to the loose end of the bungee, I found a metal coat hanger works well. Turn dog loose and enjoy!
