My friend is trying to put a stereo in his 97 F-150 with Premium sound. The harness they gave him doesn't fit. And the colors are different because it has premium sound. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this?

i cant believe you need a diagram to put a stereo in... just use common sence and you will get it right
Easiest would be to take the harness back and get the right one. Otherwise I'd use the old radio to test for which wire does what. Or type it into google and you might get lucky. Google worked for me when I had to put in a remote start in a early 90s jaguar.
